Anyone think they'll be successful? I mean, naturally the Norks will claim success whether they do it or not, but -- will they do it?

If they manage to successfully orbit a satellite, then they will have all the necessary tools to launch a nuclear warhead on the top of an ICBM. That's quite disturbing.
