In Virginia you have Petersburg at or near the top but not surprisingly to me is the amount of SWVA counties and cities that are also at or near the top % wise.

The population down in this nape of the woods is a great majority white and I can tell ya there are a lot of pregnant teens here in the area just based on my visit to the Women's Clinic in Abingdon yesterday (FTR I took my Mom down there for a sonogram on her thyroid yesterday and they shared the same facility).

True. Just by observations, I bet Gloucester county dominates out of wedlock births by whites. But even with these areas, 70+% of all blacks are born out of wedlock.
