Alex jones has a pretty good video claiming the pickle opening was fake. He has a great point that she opens it like its a peanut butter jar, meaning you have to twist it over 180 degrees to open it, unlike a pickle jar that has a short/quick rotation pop.

Don't know if I would use the word "fake", but I would bet my life her campaign was 100% positive she would open that jar before taping and if anyone thinks anything different they're an idiot. Most likely it was an opened jar.
