Do liberals even believe what they say about vote fraud?

So there was a guy arrested for submitting fraudulent voter registrations with made-up names.

The Commonwealth's Attorney said this:
"Since the fraudulent applications involved fictitious people, had the fraud not been uncovered the risk of actual fraudulent votes being cast was low," Porter said.
Really? REALLY? How in the world does the a fake name have a lower risk of someone using it to vote fraudulently than a real name does? Really, the real name is more risky because you might get caught when someone says, "no, BigDave is my next door neighbor and you are not BigDave."

Were I inclined to commit voter fraud, I would much rather have fake names rather than take the risk that someone knows the person I am claiming to be.
