Trump looks to be tying block grants to immigration enforcement. This is the tool the left loves to force states into compliance. How do you like it now that he's using to deport undocumented Democrats?
I personally don't like the tool as it's unconstitutional and an artifact of the 18th ammendment, but am of course amused to see the left hoisted by their own petard.
