Now that's a crayfish! It's an Australian breed that grows up to a foot long and over 4 pounds! That's lobster size. I'd love to catch the small mouth bass that eats these things. Australia is on my bucket list and seems almost like a prehistoric land with giants galore and deadly creatures around every bend. I'd make the best etouffee every imagined out of these beasts, simply unreal to see a freshwater crustacean that big. There's a species in Tasmania that grows longer, but seems to be less heavy. Can't imagine running around their creeks barefoot or whatever.
