That's probably why they called Syria’s chemical weapons a "National Security (existential?) Threat" to the United States. I'm not sure anyone believes that, of course.

What's more, if the President isn't going to recall Congress into emergency session for this, then it's up to Speaker Bonehead to call Congress back into session... like, TODAY. Never mind that Congress never should have gone on break in the first place, since they still haven't finished the appropriations bill and we're butting up against the debt ceiling again.
