CA is feeling the impact of similar stupidity. We've had an increase in property crimes and theft from this. And a couple of the recent cop killers are people who have been released from prison b/c they're crimes weren't serious enough.USN_Hokie wrote:"The Oregon legislature passed two bills Thursday decriminalizing small amounts of six hard drugs, including cocaine, heroin, methamphetamine and ecstasy."
