CA is feeling the impact of similar stupidity. We've had an increase in property crimes and theft from this. And a couple of the recent cop killers are people who have been released from prison b/c they're crimes weren't serious enough.

SoCal stoners will start out, but end up in Walnut.
NoCal stoners will end up in Eureka or Crescent City.
