What I don't grok is because pedestrian traffic isn't allowed on Interstates in Virginia that would mean they would have to march along the John Marshall Highway?

Do they want to rip up the pavement or just change it's name :?:

I don't know why, but I'm reminded of a Simpsons episode where the nursing home residents get ready to stage a walkout, step out onto the sidewalk, get scared, and then go back inside.

:D
So I put (the dead dog) on her doorstep!
Salute the Marines
Soon we'll have planes that fly 22000 mph
"#PedoPete" = Hunter's name for his dad.
