So what do we do about the latest epidemic in America?

According to social media, every woman and young girl in the United States has been raped, assaulted, and/or sexually harassed. What should be do about this? Should we treat it like a polio or AIDS scenario? Or how should we go about it. I had no idea until this week that all of my sisters, friends, coworkers, neighbors - all of them- have been raped, sexually assaulted or sexually harassed. This seems like a legitimate health/wellness/social crisis. Question is, what should or can we do about it? Serious answers appreciated.

Easy really; raise taxes, remove statues, impeach trump.
