How do you get 12 unbiased people in the trial of a Senator?

The defendant is a Democrat. The last thing they want is an unbiased, nonpartisan, neutral jury. They will use the wild bill and fat Hillary Clinton method of getting justice.

Oak: If I may, I think you've shown remarkable progress in fairly evaluating republicans. Not assuming that because they are a (R), they represent your values. Not assuming that because they are (R), they are necessarily "good" in your view.

Why not apply that same reasoning to Democrats? Sure, even if you do, you will likely not be motivated to vote for them. But is it possible that all Democrats are not evil or corrupt?
