Neither have I, but I have flirted at work in my past and I have tried to get women to go out with me before I met my wife....and according to todays standards I am a bad person and should not work on this planet. My issue with this whole thing is the person accused really has no way to defend themselves, how do you prove the relationship was consensual at the time or that nothing happened unless you walk around with a video camera running on you 24/7/365?
