solve for americans in the united states.
The blacksburg refugee partnership (with radford) will hold a musical benefit for refugees from syria and afganastan.
The money will be raised by musicians from blacksburg and radford. The money normally goes to pay the musicians, but Lisa Liske-Doorandish (a hyphen, duh) suggested that this year the seasonal concert proceeds should go to refugees.
Since there are no needy, no poor, no hungry, no desperate americans in the blacksburg or radford areas, let's import some who don't speak english, come from a culture that is the polar opposite of ours and often have no intention of assimilating.
