You knew that Democrats were simply sacrificing one of their own so they could say "look at us! Look how morally superior we are! Now we have instant credibility and can get Trump to resign."

That whole thing was so phony. The Franken story broke weeks ago and Democrats go silent. Then suddenly out of nowhere, Gillibrand calls for him to resign and immediately a bunch of other Democrats follow her lead. What fool thinks this was not coordinated?

Do they really think that people are going to fall for their "We'll trade a comedian Senator that should have never been elected for the President" BS? Pure garbage, but you watch CNN slobber all over themselves to praise her and join in calls for Trump's resignation.

BTW, big difference between Trump & all these Democrats that are losing their jobs over sexual harassment. In the case of the Democrats, we either have proof or they admitted its true. In Trump's case, all we have are a bunch of women (probably being paid by Democrats) to make accusations.

Sen. Kirsten Gillibrand calls on Trump to resign after sexual harassment claims
By Sally Persons - The Washington Times - Monday, December 11, 2017

Sen. Kirsten Gillibrand called on President Trump to resign on Monday after several women have come forward accusing him of sexual harassment.

“These allegations are credible; they are numerous. I’ve heard these women’s testimony, and many of them are heartbreaking,” Ms. Gillibrand, New York Democrat, said on CNN.

Ms. Gillibrand was one of the numerous female senators who called on fellow Democratic Sen. Al Franken to resign last week after allegations that he groped and forcibly kissed several women. Mr. Franken said he intends to step down in the coming weeks.

Democratic Sens. Jeff Merkley of Oregon and Cory Booker of New Jersey, as well as independent Sen. Bernard Sanders of Vermont have also called on Mr. Trump to resign.

In the late 90s, she was working on Hillary's Senate campaign. So I'm assuming that she definitely told Hillary that her husband should resign from the presidency.

I like how they think sacrificing 2 of their well known harasser gives the moral high ground after protecting Clinton for 25 years and his sexual assaults. Nope libtards, your debt is much, much greater.

Franken was an idiot to resign, They cannot prove anything except he took a joke picture with a woman wearing kevlar. This whole thing is stupid. Next in line is some director from years ago, the chef guy (Battali) and 7 guys at the nfl network. Next?
