NBC cut their legs out from under them. Plus now they have multiple streaming options they didn't have beforenolanvt wrote:Why fail once when you can fail twice?

As much as I’d want it to succeed, I still think it’s difficult to sell “pro football” that looks like trash compared to the big leagues.133743Hokie wrote:NBC cut their legs out from under them. I think a spring league could prosper. The USFL would have worked if they would have been content being a second tier spring league.nolanvt wrote:As much as I’d want it to succeed, I still think it’s difficult to sell “pro football” that looks like trash compared to the big leagues.133743Hokie wrote:NBC cut their legs out from under them. I agree. If they could get someone like Amazon to carry their games (hey...Amazon is unveiling a competitor to YouTube I hear...) it could be a winner.133743Hokie wrote:NBC cut their legs out from under them. Yup. Streaming is the real game changer here. Cable will be gone in a few years and a la Carter streaming for everything is going to end up the winner.133743Hokie wrote:NBC cut their legs out from under them.
