I like the idea that these investigations should be taken out of DC and given to the Kansas City, Tacoma, Birmingham, whatever field offices to investigate. Anyone connected to the DC, NoVA, NY, etc. offices over the past 5 years should be excluded from working on the case(s). There is too much likelihood that they have been tainted, knowingly or not, by the top management in those offices.
