California waiting period and fees not a problem

SC leaves intact appeals court ruling affirming that these gun control measures are constitutional.

For a handgun permit in NC it takes a min of 10 days anyways as the sheriff has to sign off on it
it is a stupid rule as it does nothing to stop any violence, people doing violence are not buying the firearm legally

Failure to obtain cert is not an affirmation of the lower court ruling. It sets no precedence. This is law 101 stuff.

But God forbid an ID be required to vote...that’s an unreasonable burden that disenfranchises minorities.
