FL: 4yo killed by uncle in drive-by shooting

Sad story, but they all forgive him because he didn't know the girl was in the car.
Vega said a male suspect who fled the scene later turned himself in at a police station.
He has been identified as 24-year-old Ronald Willie Jones Jr., Nyla’s uncle.
DaMitchell says that the shooting occured after a heated argument between Jones Jr. and Nyla’s mother.
“I talked to him myself and he said he did not know there was kids in that car,” she said. “I forgive him, we all forgive him. We know you did not know that they was in that car”
He has been charged with one count of second degree murder and three counts of attempted murder.
“He did not do it on purpose, it was an accident,” DaMitchell said.

Who was he shooting at?
He argued with the kid's mother, but the kid's aunt was driving the car...?
Just an accident. Could happen to anyone.
