McAuliffe seems like a better policy fit to the NeverDrumpfers. Youngkin has pretty much the same policies as the president they threw a spittle laced conniption over. McAuliffe has pretty much the same policies as the guy the voted for. He's also just as corrupt and sleazy. Though McAuliffe isn't senile like the guy NeverDrumpfers voted for, but he also doesn't have a black female running mate. So golly gee, why the about face? Youngkin is even against their favorite policy of driving the unvaccinated out of society and into a concentration camp. There are some childish and insane lunatics voting for sure, there's no thought in their thoughts.

BigDave wrote: Tue Nov 02, 2021 6:05 pm Holy goodness - how in the world can anyone ever vote for McAuliffe? This is from his own book about how he left his wife (Dorothy) and newborn baby in a car - on their way home from her giving birth - so that he could go into a fundraiser.
Dorothy was starting to well up in the backseat. She was having trouble understanding how I could be taking my wife and newborn baby to a fund-raiser on our way home from the hospital. We got to the dinner and by then Dorothy was in tears, and I left her with Justin and went inside. Little Peter was sleeping peacefully and Dorothy just sat there and poor Justin didn't say a word. He was mortified. I was inside maybe fifteen minutes, said a few nice things about Marty, and hurried back out to the car. I felt bad for Dorothy, but it was a million bucks for the Democratic Party and by the time we got home and the kids had their new little brother in their arms, Dorothy was all smiles and we were one big happy family again. Nobody ever said life with me was easy.
That's just awful. Absolutely stunningly horrible.

Good grief,, you voted for worse in Biden so spare us the sanctimony.
Nah. McAuliffe is waaaay more smarmy than Biden (yeah, that's really saying something).
Biden, however, is in a much greater position to do irreparable harm to the country.

How do you figure? They're both traitors, but McAuliffe just sold us out to China. Xiden sold us out to everyone. How are you thinking McAuliffe is worse? BigDave is an unrepentant Xiden voter so has zero credibility in this, just mountains of hypocrisy. At best you can say they're no different as both are giant scumbags that should be hung for their treason against America.

If you guys want some goo analysis as results come in, chech out Richard Baris. I think he’s going to bring on Robert Barnes a little later.

How people that voted to disband VA's participation in the electoral college are doing well is beyond me.

The Washington Post "possible final vote range" is weird. I don't see why there would be so much larger of a range for McAuliffe.

But in any event, if this is right, it looks very very good.

I'm seeing way too many "pundits" and GOP politicians calling the race for Youngkin...not only that but the Lt Gov and Attorney General too.

To top that several General Assembly seats have flipped including the Radford douche.

The night is still young for shenanigans.

Well, my delegate choice lost. Willet is back in. Also disappointing is seeing that VanValkenburg won as well. VanValkenburg had come right out and said he was a socialist.

In what used to be safely conservative districts, these two leftists show how much things have changed. Locusts stripped their liberal northern states and are here bringing those failed ideologies with them.

According to this site, Republicans took control of the House of Delegates. But I'm not able to confirm this anywhere else. Is this the final result?

Western Henrico is essentially NOVA now. It used to be conservative suburban Virginians. Now its liberal "come-heres".
