That's not what I said or what I'm getting at. I'm getting at the force element. If I have a right to do something (like choose my own religion or none at all), I'm not forced to exercise that right. It's available, so I don't have to do it.

ND can spend their money how they like. The rule of law is illegal aliens are to be deported. So they can spend their money like they like, but they also following the Christian doctrine of respecting the laws of the nation.

Immigration is an issue of sovereignty, not someone's desire to move to whatever nation they want.
