I guess they polled people who couldn't pass Algebra.

#7 West Virginia. Yes, "it's my lifelong dream to attend the University of West Virginia," said nobody ever outside of the state of West Virginia.

I'm assuming this is an internet poll or survey of their subscribers or something otherwise not statistically valid.

Actually, I think ~50% of their student population is from out of state. They get a ton of kids from Penn and NJ - mostly kids that couldnt get into the good schools in their own state and/or the kids that just want to party.

According to http://www.collegexpress.com/lists/list ... ities/360/, it's 50% from WVU. Interestingly, it has 24% at VT, and 27% at UVA.
