Do "celebrities" now scramble?

Post by RiverguyVT »

hey. I dug Robin Williams. I'm a fan.

But every celebrity ever thought of, now must make a public statement.
Question: If a celebrity's publicist fails to get said celeb on the news making a statement of heartfelt remorse over Robin's passing, is said celebrity's career over?

Do the celebrities now scramble to get "me too!" air time?
So I put (the dead dog) on her doorstep!

I agree with the remembering him for his comedy but the over the top for a guy that offed himself....no

unless it comes out he had something bad terminal I can't honor someone that takes the self offing way out of the planet

Seems he had Parkinson's, but the biggie was his depression, and IMHO his substance abuse. From what I have read, alcohol is really hard on people with depression. He certainly had difficulty getting the monkey off his back.
