Adios. Thank you very much. Jim Weaver was an excellent AD. Many thought he was an asshole and he was, when necessary; but, he made good, sound, responsible decisions that benefited VT greatly. The athletic department is in a much better place now than before he arrived. There is plenty of room for improvements for the next AD to make, as it's an ongoing process.

If I had a vote, the interim AD would be named the next AD. Sharon McCloskey is a very bright, seasoned, experienced administrator and I believe a very capable asset. She is well respected by all the departments at VT and the ACC. She Would be an excellent choice, in my opinion.
