What's your honest opinion of Fu?

I like him...i think he is about our ceiling honestly, at least now. When Frank left, maybe we could have scored a Mack Brown type hire, but maybe not with the Bud baggage.

I think he is growing into the job, but that is fine with me.

We could have been something this year without Covid taking out half the defense.

Mostly positive. I doubt we could find a much better coach. But it seems like every time I think he’s got the team rolling, we hit a setback. I also wish he would allow the media and fans more access to the program. People need to feel more like they are part of the program if you want them to donate.

Dang, ESPN ranks Fu as second among coaches so far this season. Good for him.
