Does Alabama have a chance?

they have the best team you can buy right now and we're starting a bunch of guys that were in HS this time last year. They could be great, I'm hoping the D can just keep it from being a bloodbath.

Unfortunately, that's exactly what everyone was saying before the LSU game.

I love Will's conclusion:
Now it's time to let the next generation quarterback, be it Michael Vick, Grant Noel, or maybe even dark horse Dave Meyer, strap it on. Bolstered by great defense and special teams, next year's QB gets to start off with plenty of support, and when he makes a few mistakes along the way, hopefully it won't kill us.

Doesn't bama play Texas a&m after us?

They ma be looking past us. Can't blame them. I hope we are not physically or emotionally best up, so we can regroup and win the weak acc.

read their fans' posts on any number of boards.
They are definitely looking past us.

"but yeah, Riverguy, those aren't players"
No.
But I think the general spirit on something like that flows in all directions.
Those players are definitely looking past us.

Let's hope it is like a Utah bowl game experience, where the other team didn't want to be there.

They'd rather have drawn a more sexy match up. FSU, Clemson, ...anyone.

ON the flip side?
We had what? 4 rushing yards against Rutgers?

So I put (the dead dog) on her doorstep!
Salute the Marines
Soon we'll have planes that fly 22000 mph

Ahh, Grant Noel. I still remember the chef (? Dont know what you call them) at Kabuki in C-burg shouting "Grant Noel!" as he tossed shrimp tails feet over people's heads at the wall...

Wasn't that the case with Texas back when we rolled them in the Sugar Bowl?
