Keystone was a subsidiary of Eastern Associated Coal Corporation. I can't recall who bought out EACC, but I think it's part of Patriot now. Is Keystone Industries LLC an entity of Patriot Coal also?

Interestingly. Jim Justice's dad was a contract surface mine operator (Bluestone Coal) for Keystone in McDowell County. His dad, the grandfather, was a foreman, then chief electrician at Koppesrton, near Beckley, another EACC operation.
